Sunday Lectionary 1.3.3

This application is based on the 1979 Book of Common Prayer (BCP) of the Episcopal Church and the Revised Common Lectionary (RCL). It aims to provide the complete Year A, B, and C Sunday Lectionary scriptures that are typically only referenced by their passages. Previously, readers had to search for the passages in the Book of Common Prayer based on the relevant Year and date, then locate the readings in their Bible individually.

By integrating the readings into the app's database, users are spared the task of searching for these scriptures. The database and supporting algorithms also offer a perpetual yearly calendar for all Sunday readings.

To choose the Revised Common Lectionary (RCL), simply tap on the settings button on the bottom tab bar, then select RCL in the top right corner of the Settings display, and click Save. Remember to close and reopen the app after changing the Lectionary setting.
